• Valid driver’s licence
• Experience in a similar role will be well received but not mandatory

About this role:

• Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
• Taking enquires and service bookings
• Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
• Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
• Writing up repair orders
