Description:
An Orchardist / Packer in Shepparton requires a Payroll Officer for two days a week. The Preparation of the payroll will involve the following:
• Checking of timesheets
• Printing payroll reports from system
• Calculation and entering of payroll
• Printing/email payslips
• Uploading ABA for bank transfers
• Completion and lodgement single touch payroll
• Monthly reconciliation
• Preparation and lodgement monthly superannuation
• Annual leave reconciliation
• PAYG and Payroll Tax calculations and lodgements , terminations and payments
• Updating and maintaining payroll records
• Setting up new employees
• Maintenance of employment contracts
• Update changes in award rates and conditions.
• Maintain accurate data and software changes
It is preferred if you have previous experience in Payroll, however our client will consider a person with a significant background in Administration or Bookkeeping.
